Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
